Kosher in Vegas.
I always find it fascinating when a new Kosher establishment opens in Las Vegas. Usually, it’s a place close to the Strip or in the Summerlin area. In the past couple of years, most of the places that open are Israeli/Mediterranean food.
Over the winter break we got some good news and some bad news about Kosher restaurants. The bad news is that Mother Falafel is no longer certified Kosher. I am a little sad because it had great food and was relatively close to us. The good news is that a new Kosher Dunkin Donuts opened at the Foothills Plaza on Horizon Ridge and Stephanie. Right here in Henderson!
Everything is certified kosher including all the breakfast sandwiches. They sandwiches are made with vegetable bacon and sausage.
I encourage you to patronize the new store to show our support and keep it open and Kosher for many years to come.
Shabbat Shalom
