Mazel Tov to Joel and the Cruvant family

Joel Cruvant, son of Midbar Kodesh Temple members Ethan and Carolyn Cruvant, graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison in December 2016 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He was a recipient of the Grainger Power Engineering Award. As part of the NUPOC Program, he then attended Navy Officer Candidate School in Newport, R.I., and was commissioned as an Ensign in the U.S. Navy in April 2017. Joel began Nuclear Power School in Charleston, S.C., in May 2017 with plans to be aboard a submarine as a Nuclear Propulsion Officer.
