The Midbar Kodesh Car Wash is back on May 24th.
The students at the Midbar Kodesh Early Childhood Center have learned a lot this year, especially when it comes to tikkun olam (repairing the world), community service and philanthropy.
In fact, they have done many mitzvot throughout the year, and now it is time for their biggest one of all. They'll be working hard washing cars to raise money to give to our earth and children in the foster care system of Clark County. Can't make the car wash? That's OK! Donations will be accepted the day of the car wash and prior. Just ask how to contribute at the front desk.
The Pilonim and Kochavim classes car wash is Wednesday, May 24th starting around 10 AM in the Midbar Kodesh Early Childhood Center parking lot. There's no cost for the car wash, just a donation to the cause. Please keep in mind that our students are 3, 4 and 5 years old, so you just might have to visit a real carwash after ours.
Our students are supporting the Ian Somerhalder Foundation and Peggy's Attic.
